Shipping & Returns

This policy explains how shipping, returns, exchanges, and refunds work when you shop with AB.reshosh. It is provided in line with Kuwait's Consumer Protection Law (No. 39 of 2014) and the Digital Commerce Law (Decree-Law No. 10 of 2026). All prices are shown in KWD, inclusive of applicable fees, before you complete your order.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed after they are confirmed and handed to our delivery partner. Delivery times and any shipping charges are shown at checkout and may vary by location and product availability.

Your Right to Return (14 Days)

You may withdraw from your purchase within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date you receive the product, without giving a reason. To do so, contact us using the details on our store. The product must be unused and returned in its original condition and packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued in full to your original payment method, with no additional charges, within the period required by law.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

The 14-day right of return does not apply to: products that have been used; custom-made or personalised items; perishable goods; sealed items unsealed after delivery for health or hygiene reasons; downloadable digital content, software, activation codes, and prepaid top-up cards; and services tied to a specific date such as accommodation, transport, or events. For precious metals and commodities, any return request must be made within 24 hours.

Exchanges

Where an exchange is available, the item must meet the same conditions as a return. Contact us and we will guide you through the process.

Order Errors & Damaged Items

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact us as soon as you notice the issue and we will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
