Fruit Trifle

Summer dessert with layers of vanilla sponge, mango sauce and raspberry cream with fresh mango fruit and fresh strawberry with mango mousse and mango and passion glazed. Garnished with edible flowers, fresh fruits: mango, kiwi, blueberry, strawberry and dragon fruit (red or white depending on the season).
