Your Right to Return

You may withdraw from your purchase within the return window required by applicable law from the date you receive the product, without giving a reason. To do so, contact us using the details on our store. The product must be unused and returned in its original condition and packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued in full to your original payment method, with no additional charges, within the period required by law.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

The right of return does not apply to: products that have been used; custom-made or personalised items; perishable goods; sealed items unsealed after delivery for health or hygiene reasons; downloadable digital content, software, activation codes, and prepaid top-up cards; and services tied to a specific date such as accommodation, transport, or events. For precious metals and commodities, any return request must be made within 24 hours.

Exchanges
